What's Involved

Hare

• Find suitable pubs . Sounds easy? - Ask Smutley!. These need to have
• Good Beer
• Hash friendly landlord
• Not too far apart.
• Good Running in between
• Camping Facilities
• B&B
• Reasonably priced food

   This can take up a couple of weekends (traditionally at the hares expense) .

• Rece Trail - another week end or two
• lay Trail - this will take 2 days plus. We start Wednesday pm
• find Sunday Pick nick spot
• Rece Sunday Run
• Lay Sunday trail ( usually as live hare)
• Find Traditional Local food (i.e. pies etc) for Saturday Lunch, and any other local delicacies
• Find good local brewery and negotiate beer.
• Sweep Trail.

Logistics

• Drive Minibus
• Transport everyone's gear from a to B
• Collect Lunch
• Collect Beer
• Get Beer and food to beer stop and Lunch stop
• Pick up Stragglers

Catering

• Get Gas Burners, gas Pans etc to site
• Purchase Food for Breakfast
• Get Breakfast for all runners
• Pick up Lunch and beer (using Logistics)
• Get to beer stop and lunch stop Saturday
• Make and serve pick nick lunch and Sunday
